Mom,
Helloooo! Well, sorry for having to write on Tuesday. We had to work on p-day, so we are taking some time today to write.
We found an apartment, and we are moving in on Thursday. i dont remember the address, but if you want to send anything in the mean time, you can send it to the mission office.
How is Blake doing? the "Old" krew (when you talk like a gangsta' you have to use awkword spell1ng) dinner idea should be fun. Who all came? I keep seeing how the LP1 ward is constantly changing, its got me a little upset at how different the Westlake Village 2nd ward will be.
I forgot to write that letter to the Agoura 1st ward YM!!! doh!! tell them ill write it this week!! im sorry! I saw the picture of Elder Toone with the Kittens; i was like "please tell me those are fake". Nope... real. lol. i love that guy, im sure hes rippin it up down there.
Ah yes, Scooter. funny dog. i liked the pic. Im glad that Nat and Chels are doing well.
So work is going well then i take it? im glad. Im sure your excited to kinda be able to go off and do your own thing now.
This last week Zoen Conference went great. It was really interesting though. Right when it Started Pres England had to go to the hospital, because of kidney stones. Then, halfway through, the fire alarm goes off because the basement became flooded. So we had the firedepartment come. To say the least, it was exciting. We trained on Contacting without fear, and i think it went great. a few of the newer missionaries were still struggling, but ive been working on helping them lose their fear (Bible Dictionary says "fear is somthign unworthy of a child of God"), and to make contacting more fun for them. I think its great. i love talking to strangers (wait... that contradicts every pre-K teaching ever... but still...), i just dont take candy from them. Its funny how people are so scared of us, but then we just chat and they loosen up. Have not yet displayed the inspired zone plan yet, will do it during District Meetings on friday. We had dinner twice at a member of the Bishoprics this week. Bro and Sis Johnson. They are way cool. Bro Johnson went to the Naval Academy (Go Army, Sink Navy!!), and Sister Johnson used to be a this bigtime news anchor for the Early Show, and Good Morning America. It was cool to see them as just a regular family and stuff. That is what the gospel is all about!
The investigators are doing well. we have 4 new investigators at church on sunday, and we have really been increasing our teaching pool. unfortunately we had to drop Tony... or he dropped us. Whichever it is. He feels like its just too much to believe in Christ. OTher than that, We are giving out these books to some MBA student investigators called "the mormon way of doing business". our MWL has a ton so we are giving them away. Its a pretty cool book.
Nothing other than that is really new or exciting. Some of the Members in the ward who have found the blog say i should make it more blog like (Shout out to Marie, Preston, Natalie and Cheryl). Preston thinks i should put my favorite song of the day... Well, considering the fire alarm that went off during Zone Con (and we didnt even know why), i will conclude that my song of the day is: "The Spirit of God"...(Like a fire is burning). Food of the day is definetly Burnt Christmas in Mexico enchilladas, which we did not have a chance to enjoy, but at our dinner last night we did laugh about.
well, thats about it. love ya miss ya, ttyl!
